Just coming up on 100K miles on our 2.2JTD and been gettingt he occasional anti pollution warnings.
The FAP fluid was replaced at around 65K miles.
Tried the 25 mins or so of higher RPM driving on motorways when warm and that helped but the warnings would come back.

So the other day I decided to check it out.

Unboltd the 4 bolts holding the CAT to the DPF. Removed the hose to the DPF and unbolted the clamp holding the pipe to the CAT. The released the pipe clamp behind the DPF out out it came.
2/3 clogged with soot.
The CAT seemed fine and I checked it by running the car and pushing the revs up but it was clearly clean and free flowing.

The DPF I mainly cleaned with a normal garden hose and just flushed the soot out.
Some of the really blocked matric holes I helped clear with a long thin wire.
Really messy job. Soot is like grease!
Been a few weeks now and no more warnings so fingers crossed. If it does clog quickly I'll remove and bash a hole and live without the DPF matrix.
