claws & lowering

I don't know who it was yesterday, poss Ash.

I am thinking of getting a set of stilo claws and they looked really good on the one i saw yesterday.

all i wanted to know is, was the car lowered.
I dont have enough money to get it lowered and wheels, but if thats how the wheels look without lowering thats cool.
