Finally picked my Cinquecento up tonight. It's absolutely ace!!!!! It is like a go cart. Don't think a car has ever put such a smile on my face.

Theres a couple of small issues that need sorting out, but I guess that's all part of the fun of owning an old car, and i'll get them sorted as time and money allow.

Can see i'll get excellent value for money....cost me £38 to fill her right up, and i've done nearly 100 miles already and the needle aint even shifted off full.

Would appreciate any pointers as to what are common failures with these cars, but otherwise i'm hoping to have a few years fairly trouble free motoring from her.

Thanks. I've got to have a new windscreen in it sooner rather than later. The passenger seat adjuster is broken so i've got to get round to doing that, and then it's just niggly little things like dash lights to fix.

The only change i'd like to make to it really is to put some white compomotive alloys on it.
