General Cinquecento Sporting Tyres. 175/60/13 Alternative?

Hi guys,

Just brought myself a 97 Cinquecento Sporting. It needs 4x tyres as the ones on there are all shot, I mean, down to the cord shot!

Looking/phoning round the ususal places, the prices are crazy! Just can't afford to spend that much at the minute. After looking round on the internet, it looks like 175/60/13's will work, be it the speedo will be slightly out. That would work out quite nicely as I have a load of 175/60/13 tyres sitting in my lockup.

Can anybody shed any light on this please?

Oh, one more thing. There is a slicker just above the fuel filler flap that says 'unleaded fuel'. Is this standard or has someone stuck it on there?

Yup, 175/60s will work, although 175/50s will be better.

Cheers too! I thought it looked the same sytle/material as the stickers on the side. I'll leave it on then.

Mine has always had 165/55 on.
