Hi all,
So i bought a couple of projects, one being a 1997 Sporting, the other a 1995 Sporting. I'd like to put both cars back on the road eventually. I have a Cinq S which has its own issues so will probably be used as a parts car where possible.
One of the Sportings has a lowered suspension set up, & I cannot stand it, we live on small country back roads & the car just bounces about the place! The S that I have has very good coils/dampers, can i just swap them onto the Sporting?

Thanks all.

If it bounces then the shocks might just need replacing? I find the standard springs much less 'precise' when changing lanes etc

I'd expect the lower springs would be more 'crashy' over bad roads.

The S springs will also be 20mm taller than the standard sporting springs.

I have a set of matching apex branded lowering springs and dampers and they are great. Ride quality is really good. It's not silly low, so perfect for crappy UK roads.
