Doblo 1.3 multijet 2007. Can anyone please tell me / show how to get the cigarette lighter unit out of the trim? I've got the gear shift shroud panel off, can see the connector and I've tried prising the silver part (the bezel is green - illuminated?) up, it only goes so far, I've tried twisting the whole thing and it won't budge. I don't want to force it.
