Right had a bit of time to kill yesterday after work,, moved front wheels to back and visa-versa, as not much left on front treads.. been enthusiastic recently 
in the meantime i thought i would give the rims some tlc,
all Ive done is use autosol with a clean cloth real gently over the entire rim.. took off all the overspray from spraying the car (my bad ) and tar marks.. did this 3 times on each wheel, as they have started to tarnish,
did the same with the black coated dish, a bit of auotsol all over twice,
washed it all off, then used super resin polish all over, buffed that off then used standard simoniz car wax, yellow tin,, with machine polisher from work
this is how they have turned out.. like new
