I got a 1.9 Grande Punto Sport edition with DPF since the end of last year.
Begin July the warranty will be expired so I want to do some changes to the engine.
Remove the EGR valve.
And chip the ECU so it will a little bit more economical.
But now I'm reading figures of 165hp and 350nm.
So I may also increase the power of the engine instead of the ECO thought
But my engine has already done 160.000 km's.
Would it be save to increase the BHP with 35?
So main question:
Should I stick to removeing the EGR valve and an ECOTUNE.
or Remove the EGR valve and increase the BHP?
And most of all, is it save to chip an engine if it has done that amount of km's?
