Hi,

Has anyone used this company and can you vouch for them?
I scraped my wheel arch last week on a to tight parking space, which has left about a five inch scuff mark. I got a quote from my local garage yesterday for ....wait for it ....217.47. Now I like my car to be scratch free but bloody heck I wasn't expecteing it for that price.

I have heard about chips away, and wondered how good they were. Do they operate around Bristol aswell?

it's a franchise company so there may or may not be one in your area. a friend of mine has a franchise and he does very good work.

About how much do they normally charge??

depends what they are doing. Some paints are harder to do than others, but i think an average scratch would be around £60.

I scratched my wheel arch in the same way. dont think it was as big as that thought it cost me £60 +vat . They made a very good of it and I would reccomend saying if you have any small chips because they did mine for free and gave a little pot of paint to take home. Was well chuffed

Oh it's a shame I can't get something for free after the month I have had, but I ain't got no chips (very lucky)

They do the chips for free because they just fill the chip with paint without any rubbing down etc.. As such they can't guarantee that it wont wash off the first time you clean the car.

My arch has similar damage and was quoted £125+VAT.
