cherry bomb?

i currently have a twin stainless back box and the middle silencer removed... it sounds really nice but not very loud cause there is quite a bit of baffling in the stainless box and the tips are twin rolled... so im thinking of getting a 3 inch tipped cherry bomb... do you think this will be too loud with no middle silencer? i know it'll sound good but cba to be pulled by the po po any more than i already do

im sure cherry bomb's got made illegal cos the noise? The shops around here that had them at the time had to take them off their shelves.

If youy dont wana get pulled by the police then dont buy one.Just go to an exhaust place and get another tail pipe

yeah but i like the discrete 3 inch tail pipe... instead of getting a huge 5 inch scooby style jap box... they don't suit the car

just found a well cheap 3.5 inch stainless back box for £37 inc postage on the bay... looks like i'll go for that instead

5" who said anything about having 1 that size?
you could probably get 1 made up cheaper than that from your local exhaust/tyre place and choose what size/style you want

i never said anything about a 5" it's 3.5" and it looks fine, and should give a bit more volume... but hopefully won't lose the lovely rally style raspyness she emits atm

As you've stated the current exhaust emits a nice sporty noise then maybe that's loud enough already?

I'm a big a fan as anyone of a nice sounding car, but going too noisy just makes anyone look a right tit and p*sses-off their neighbours for no real benefit.
Save your money for a better mod.
