Do you mean the ones that allegedly trick your engine into thinking it's colder then it is so you use more fuel?

Nope.

Try an electric supercharger instead and a sock filter.

The tuning box I've seen is on ebay for 49 quid made by cr tuning

The one i'm running [chip express] great website and back up, is fantastic, better fuel economy and increased power, which is adjustable.
It's been on my fiorino 1.3 multijet for nearly 2 years with no problems.

That's a bit more expensive than what I am looking for lol i am looking for a cheap version to save money on a remap

no the cheap ones will be a 3p resistor in a box, you ned to pay money for things that work, good tuning box will be about the same as a good remap but with the advantage that you can re sell it when you no longer need it.
