I've used Abbots of Copthorne which is close to Crawley as I'm sure you know. Not sure they will be cheap since I don't know your definition of cheap but they did a good job for me. Something so basic should be possible to get an estimate over the phone from local bodyshops.
Alternatively if cheap means you aren't that bothered by the finish do it yourself with a couple of few rattle cans and a bit of wet n' dry.

i want it to match the car now but i dont want it to be brand new it will stand out like a sore thumb
