Changing springs?

Is replacing the springs on a Brava a big job? I'm thinking of getting rid of my Apex -40mm lowering springs, replacing them with the original ones. I've no clue how to do the job myself, the shop wants 100e for the job while someone on another forum offered to do the job himself for a small compensation...

its not too bad as long as you have some spring clamps?

rears are dead easy.

if your swapping back to standard maybe you shoudl get some HGT springs, will be stiffer but same ride height i woudl think?
