Changing Speakers

I have got a 1.8HLX Bravo. How easy is it to change the tweeters on the dash or the front speakers? I wont need any adapters for the rear speakers will i? What size are the rear speakers? Also would i need an amp to power a bassbox? Please help with any of these questions

Ive also noticed that if you turn up the bass control on the head unit the front speakers tend to make a noise like they are loose. Has anyone else experienced loose speakers or is it just that they aint designed for high amounts of bass? PLEASE HELP
