changing spark plugs

hi guys,gunna give my bravo a little service myself but its first i done this,i know how to do most but any good easy instructions on how to fit new spark plugs and which are the best to buy???i looked in haynes manual and they make it sound very hard,any help please???

Hard??
Take the old ones out put the new ones in (makeing sure you don't cross any threads.)
Then screw them in tight (only hand tight don't try going for any strenght records)
Re-attach the HT leads
Job done.
Hard?? it's a piece of cake.
