Changing number plate bulb

ey guys how do i go about changing a number plate bulb? i tryd changing it but i cannot take the black plastic out. thank you.

The black plastic,u mean the housing? it shhurely cant be that hard to get out? just try gettin a thing screwdriver i there to brgin with,there shud be like push-in clips either side of it?
