Technical Change temperature display bulb

I have just gotten a P reg Ulysse and noticed the light for the outside air temp display isn't working. Could anyone tell me how to get in and change this bulb?
Hopefully it's easy as I'm lethal with tools

You need to remove the instrument panel face, it's not difficult
