Certification

Hi all,

Just a quick question really on what the best certification is out there to do to get on in IT.

I have had a job as a 1st Line Support Analyst for a little while and am about to change jobs to be an IT Technician.

I have been looking around and it looks like Comptia A+ could be a good route to go down. I know Microsoft are renound for their certification but I don't think I have good enough technical knowledge to do any of them!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to do network support then you won't go far wrong with Cisco CCNA.
