Technical Central locking problem

Hi all,
i am thinking to buy a Fiorino but need help on Central locking system as this option is a must for my needs.
The car is 2008 and it does not have a C/L not even the wiring.The owner didnt want it.
I called Fiat and said that they cannot install it or program it. And i should look for people they install these systems independent from Fiat and to ask if they can do this.
Is anyone else with the same problem?
What do you think? is a C/L possible on the Fiorino? Any ideas?

i have same problem ive been lookin a installing after market alarm with c/l as its the only way ive found to do it wit out dealer expenses
