Central locking nightmare

Hi, after 9 wks of central locking problems with my Fiat Multipla - nightmare!!! The dealership now reckon that they cant code the new key (ordered from fiat italy- £££££) because the ISR don't have the code. Rubbish service from Fiat and the dealership. Really frustrated and fed up. Any help?

Are you asking about the remote central locking function or central locking using the key in the door lock?

If they can't do what you paid for then they have to refund your money regardless if they have cut the key. Clearly you would have to give the new key back.
