Car starts but doesnt move??

sorry for so many emails but as the problem is only on the cv joitn near the passenger wheel then i just need the kit for hat? right?

The outer joint has gone, so really that is all you need. Examine the end of the driveshat and make sure there has been no damage. If it looks ok then fine. I think the link you sent for the full driveshaft is for the drivers side, which is different from the passenger side

acid, i know eurocarparts, they are goot. think the best thing to do is stript he drive shaft and see what damage the bearing had caused.

u may been a complete new shaft

thats correct i need the passenger (offside) driveshaft if cheap enough (seconds)

else ill just need a cv joint for the part which links to the wheel, the joitn which is on the gearbox is fine

ill have another look when im down there

but as a cv joint kit will do the job me thinks

but i assume i need this only for the 1.2 as other cars will be an issue??

had to ask as its not easy to fit a model specific part

had a quote for the driveshaft but seems like the full part (not left/right side) for £50

does that sound right?

unsure what to get..ideally i just want the cheaper price as i can fix it and sell on..as i might go for the HGT after..
