Car lower on one side - Help!

I've just realised my car is about 4cm lower between wheel and arch rim on the right hand side. Does this mean my suspension is bust? i can't see anything damaged or bent.

How old is the car?
Bear in mind that the majority of the cars travelling time is spent with a load on one side only - the right hand side.
This is bound to have an effect.

Thats why you should do as i do and always have the equivalent weight in bricks in the passenger side footwell!
