Car is not starting??

My Car is not starting up at all it has not moved at all for about one or two weeks the most its been sitting outside in the cold over night!!

There was no petrol in the car over the weeks I have left it out there it was empty. I went and got some in a jerry can friday 30/03/12.

Petrol gauge went up obviously, which is good!.... I went to start the car up and it was struggling.. The car knows what it wants to do but just isnt doing it. So Saturday I went got another Jerry can full of petrol and put it in the car.. Which topped the petrol gauge up even more should work now?? Nope still not wanting to start but wants to.. I guess this could narrow it down to the last possibility that it could be the Spark plugs perhaps???


Any other idea's what could be causing this slight annoying problem!!!!!

Some of you may ask why am I not drivng it, One because stupid fuel prices and because I can walk to work instead driving saving me some money for fuel for other destinations!...

I presume based on your profile pic it's a Mk1 Punto you've got? Might be better off posting this in the Punto section, you'll likely get more responses

I got it working now I put in new spark plugs and new HT Leads and runs like a beaut now thanks
