Technical Can't get neutral override doesn't work

Hi..I've got a fiat 500 with dual logic auto with paddle shift my problem is I can't get it into neutral..I've tried the manual override but it didn't work..I don't have any dollies to move it so I'm trying to work out why it won't go into neutral so I can push it into my garage.i don't want to drag it in as I may damage the auto box if I can get it free wheeling ..is there something I'm missing or has anybody had the same problem I just need it in the garage so I can try and diagnose what else is wrong..any ideas.cheers

If you have MultiEcuScan try a final service calibration which can sometimes jolt it back to normal operation if it's got stuck.
