cant find air filter

Good day, l have less flo of air in the car, l can feel the air coming out of the vents but it is minimum, l have looked for the filter and l can't find it?? the year of the car is 2007 Palio Adventure.
Also l checked a forum page that has some pic's on how to do it but l still cant find the filter...
