Technical Can any one identify this bracket?

Sorry to ask silly questions, but I took this off so long ago now that I can’t remember where it came from, it was when I was removing the fire wall / fuel tank cover plate. I think its off the divers side hood hinge some where but I can’t see where it would go now. My little two year old boy was “helping” at the time so I was watching what he was standing on & where he was throwing the bolts as he took them off more that what I was doing…

I’m sure it’s not from behind the fuel tank panel, but I don’t want to put it all back together only to have to take everything apart again!

Isn't it one of the ones that go in below the hood gas strut?

The white bit looks like where you put the screws in to hold the 'B pillar' trim in.
