can an sx have installed a bumper with fogs already in>??

hi i hav an sx with no front fogs although there is a big gap

can i get another bumper with fogs that are in place?

is the wiring already set up on the sx
or will i need to join it somehow myself?

coudlnt find it ive been scrawlign through numerous thread and the topics come up with no relation to what i ask such as wirirng -audio etc.

in regards to the switch can the current button inside which control the rear fog light be incorporated to include the front fogs?

it can be done. if it is a mk1 the wiring will need to be put in but if it is a mk 2 all the wiring is already there

why would you want your front fogs on the same time as your rear??
im curious about this one one the mk2 is the wiring there behind the bumper? as on the front OS of the car there is a wire loose with a yellow conector on it, could this be it? but theres not 1 to match on the other side?


Jay sugested it could cross over to the other side but he wasnt sure so if anyone can clear this up it would help and also help this chap with his fogs

ok if its certain the wirirng ins in plce on a mk2 to hav fogs already then how will th swithc button work, how do you turn on the lights from the inside of the car??

The addition of a rocker switch shouldn't be difficult and if you look around you can find them in their own housins. Then it's just a matter of picking a convenient place to fit it.

aren't you only supposed to use fogs when its foggy or low visability ie spray etc

don't think coz you wanna go blasting round the twisties that fogs are allowed on. Also fogs don't light up very far infront of you, your full beam does though.
