Yes UCOF - you must be special to have no garage. From what I remember of South Wales it was all skinny two lane roads only wide enough to take a Panda one way!:)

Anyway, time for you turbo guys to get tuning.

I have spent the last month learning how to tune a Saab T5 ECU.

Great fun, a software mod took my 200hp 93 9000griffin from 200hp to 250 hp (not dynoed to check - that is the software figure)

I reckon someone on here would like to graft a T5 Ecu on an Uno, who knows what would happen!!

Once you get your head around what it is you are doing it is simple, as it always is.

However you could also be like me and just go a buy a few Saabs anyway.

But of course you have no garage space, Oh well I thought it was good idea.
:)

Hmmmmmmm interesting
Programming your own ECU.....
Hmmmmmmm

Yes - it was a bit of learning, and lots of fun.

My next job will be to lift my 97 Saab 9000CD LPT from 170 bhp to about 230bhp, a Stage I tune.

All with a software mod and no hardware at all. Except I will do in on a spare ECU. I don't want to ruin the original. Insurance in case I do something wrong, or if the chips won't accept the flash.

I reckon it would be great fun to do on an UNO turbo.

well, i have the spare ecu for uno turbo, then what should i do?
my uno turbo is mk2 1994 with standard engine
