Been using these guys ever since wandering in, complete front damper assembly in hand, with a stuck top nut. They blasted it off for a couple of quid in the charity box. Been going there ever since, and my cars have always been treated with utmost respect.
Of course, the test of a garage is how they handle you when things go wrong. I noticed that a rocker cover bolt mount had been cracked during a gasket renewal. I spoke to the owner (Colin) about the issue and immediately he booked me in to have it Lumiwelded and remachined free of charge. Many other garages would have tried to argue that; "It was like that before" or somthing similar. He was very apologetic and brought the issue to the attention of the bloke that had done the work. Very professional, and well handled
