Scudo c/locking

hi all just picked up a scudo van off my brother in law what a nightmere nealy sorted now just need a sump cant fined one .it is a 02 19d only has one key should this have c/locking or not have tryed all locks and locks inside on doors works as if no c/ locking fitted not a problem just wonderd if it was fitted from new lol:slayer:

I have a 52 plate 1.9d el and it doesn't have central locking.
