It was with sadness that I said goodbye to the faithful Fiat 500 today. I was one of the first on here to get one in 2008. My second child (well it was a lot cheaper than popping out a second real one) with funk white paint and red leather seats it caught everyone eye.

7 years and 6 months ownership. 59,119 miles including trips to Manchester, Cornwall, Heathrow many times, Rutland to name a few.

Seen our son through baby seat to booster to no seat needed.

Fitted an ikea sofa bed in the back along with child car seat, buggy and clothes shopping - no mean feat.

It was like saying goodbye to an old faithful. I hope it gives the next person the same joy.

Bye bye 500 zone. Hello Panda area ;)

Eventually it's time for a change, isn't it :)
I'm sure your 500 will live on for the next owner. These cars seem to hold their value well, over here in NZ at least, and I'm also thinking of selling.
