Technical Bulkhead differences

I've got a 97 Scudo with no bulkhead fitted.

I've seen a Mk2 metal bulkhead for sale cheap locally. Obviously I know it won't be a straight fit, but would it take much to modify it to fit a MK1?

I'm fairly handy with an angle grinder and welder, but just wanted to know if it's completely different, or near enough to spend some time modifying it.

Unless someone knows of a Mk1 bulkhead local to Wiltshire going cheap?

That should fit in, all bulkheads upto a 2007 will fit.

Its out of a post 07 Scudo.....but not to worry now, going to fab one up myself.
