Quick Question. Can I change the bulbs to LED on a 2013 Twinair Lounge 312 A2, without a load resistor being present or will I get dash errors?

I'll go with no, if you do go the load resistor route note several resistors in parallel means you can use lower wattage ones so( 10 watt bulb ) 1 20 ohm at 10 watts or 2 40 ohm at 5w each?

Are we talking about headlight bulbs or indicators/brake/etc.?
Headlight bulbs can be changed to LED without dash errors.

One of those "WHO KNOWS" questions! but a friend of mine did have to fit the resistors when changing to L E D tail lights!

only things i know about electricity is
its invisible! and if you get it wrong it hurts

If it's headlights, then it'll illegal to change to LED in the UK.
Not sure where the law stand on non headlights though.

I changed my number plate lights to LED (with resistors) and the side indicator repeaters (without resistors) a few years ago with no issues.
the only ones id try to change is the DRL,S as the bulbs fail often and are so darn tricky to fit! dont know if you can get capless LED,S of the right type though!
