I had the same thought myself when I went to collect my clutch from them. They also had a complete Ducato clutch for £20 and a 16v Jtd Alfa/Fiat injector pump for £30 (retails at over £400). I would have bought that too but mine's only 8v and according to ePER, a different pump.
