My right handside backlight (brake) won't turn on. When i push brake pedal, it works fine (flashes). what could be the problem?

1) what did you do to sort the problem out?

2) for the yellow warning light fully open and fully close all of the electric windows in turn. Doing this will reset all the window door node anti-pinch control units. Hopefully the warning light will then go out.

1: The bulb was faulty in the end, took electric cable on/off couple of times, it did the trick :)

2: Unfortunately, the light is still yellow on my dash. I did close and open sametme all 4 windows. This trick did not sort this problem....

Again, we need more info! There are many yellow icons on croma dash.
I assume it's the blown bulb light. It may stay on for one of two reasons:
1 you bought a wrong bulb
2 there is another blown bulb on your car, just turn the ignition on a read what your car tells you.

2. It says Check the lights... Check left and right sidelights.

Checked...All working fine. Only blown bulb light is still on.

When I installed my tow bar I had to get invasive with the rear end electrics including the complete removal of all but the boot/tailgate mounted lights. The Yellow Triangle Warning came on with loads of cycling failure messages. Took a while for them to clear down. Indicators were the worse. The system wanted them to run fault free for quite a while (20 flashes ???) before it decided that the lights were there and not intermittent.
