this is looking more like a hit and miss with fiat. they must have had 2 piles of them, one with and one without. and just grabed any one they wanted to use....lol

i have a 96 1.8 which has the wheel. is it possible the cheaper ones dont have it?

Coud it be that it depends on trim level? Like if you have electric mirrors (or electric recirculation flap?) -- you have vent switch? My Barava has A/C and electric mirrors and on/off on that vent...
