Which brand of timing belt kit and coolant pump do you recommend?

I heard that Graf pumps are ok, but there is many combinations at timing belts and tensioners (SKF, INA, Gates...)...

A reputable brand on both belt and pump should be just fine.

What about fiat themselves?

What do you mean by "fiat themselves"? I believe that there are few brands that makes parts for Fiat-oem manufacturers.
