bravo 1.4 problems!!!!

what does the fuel cut off switch under the passenger footwell look like?is it easy to find
i was advised this may be the problem to my none starting fiat, that turns but doesn't fire.
please help.Tasha

Small black rubber push button circle in a plastic mounting. Not sure if it's under teh seat or at the left side of teh front of teh footwell.

Once it's activated, no fuel will get through whatsoever.
