dude, is it a recon clutch? At 70quid i seriously think it must be, and would reconsider fitting it, because they are almost always crap. in fact, i'd go so far as to say you could just pull one from a breakers yard and it'd be as good, and last as long or longer...

Its only 120 for a proper brand new valeo one, which, if used properly, will last anywhere from 50-100k miles...

ah, when i said 120 i was meaning for my 1.8 which i had changed. i've looked and see that you can get new valeo clutch kits for £70 for 1.4 and 1.6 etc.
just an update in case what i said above made no sense at all...
