Easy fix....... just open both sunroofs and make sure that the rubbers and undersides of the glass are clean and free of debris. Then stick your head up through the roof and liberally apply vaseline to the rubbers where the glass meets when they are closed. Make sure that you do both! It worked for me and we've had some SERIOUS rain since.

Had the same problem. Applying silicone kit where the metal roof meets the black edge of the sun roof fixed it. Rubbers must be clean of course, as Winster said.

I had a problem with my sunroof a simple solution that works for me, make sure the car is stationary when you close the sun roof since doing this it hasnt leaked once dont ask me why:idea:

Had the same on my Multipla. Vaseline worked for a bit then I heard of "Captain Tolleys Leak Fix" which I got for 6 quid from Ebay. Very easy to use and no leaks since. Well worth a go for the money.(y)

Thankyou for tellin us about this(y) How long ago did you apply it matey?

The sealant was put on about 2 weeks ago. Not a drop inside the car since, and it's been in some heavy rain in that time.So far so good...

My sunroofs on the multipla have both had severe leaks for several years. In desperationI ducktaped them shut. After reading the forum about captain tolleys I have tried it.What a shock NO LEAKS.This was after several applications around the sunroof frame edge.£20 and fixed.£1200 at fiat dealer to have the sunroofs removed and sealed.Captain Tolleys can be re-applied at any time and I will quite happily pay £20 a year to keep the car dry. Also we now use the sunroofs and not the aircon all the time.Well done to the forum for help on this.
FIAT.Fix it again tomorrow.
Paul
