Bored waiting for suspension to arrive

So I let myself loose with some spray paint under the bonnet

...hopefully a strutbrace will appear above all the red painted bits in the next week or two

looks like you got a good finish there, is it red or is it an orangy kinda colour?

That's what my sis thought, think it's just the dodgy colour my iPhone picks up as it's actually red. Quite close to the red OMP use on the strutbraces I think, which was one of the reasons I chose that colour

Yeah, the finish isn't that bad actually, better than I thought it'd be. Didn't spend much money on decent spray, but did 3 coats of primer and 2 or 3 coats of the gloss red. Was general purpose spray paint I got from my work. Managed to nick it in one or two places when I was refitting it, thankfully not too noticeable at all and can easily be touched up before St Andrews

Don't get me started on those stupid Fiat jubilee clips though, shall have to head to Halfords or somewhere to replace the one around the air intake as I couldn't get the catch back on completely

Plus, the airbox will be disappearing as soon as I get the GSR stuck on there
