Really a trivial issue, but i've just noticed that the Fiat badge on the back of my '05' Ulysse is of the newer round blue Fiat type, located in the centre of the boot lid, whereas a couple of '55' plate cars i've seen around work still have the older long F I A T badge on the left hand side of the boot lid. Whats the story? Are they actually older versions that knocked around the dealer for a while before being sold? Maybe they were Fiat UK run-outs? Not important but it interests me....

I think that the round badged ones came out sometime in 2004/05 and are the ones with the six-speed gearbox. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I've noticed the same thing funnily enough. I've noticed that the ones with the F/I/A/T badge have a different bootlid to the ones with the round Fiat badge. Mines on a 53 registration with the old shape badge and appears to have a different bootlid to one of the guys with a newer Ulysse with the round Fiat badge. Hmmmmmm just one of those things!??
