Off Topic Bonnet bra Fiat Ducato Sundance 2003

I’m wanting to replace the current black bra with one I plan to make out of gold trellis leatherette. I’ve had a look at how the current one is attached. It appears to be thick black elastic with metal hooks on the end, these hook into holes already made in the underside of the bonnet. Question is: to get to all these holes I need to take off a black padded thing that can only be to dampen the sound of the engine, this thing is secured with black round push button things (I’ve no idea what they are called) and I suspect that when I prise them out they are then ruined. Does anyone know what these black things are called, as I am sure I will need some new ones. Sorry for the ramblings.

They're cheap enough, so not too pricey to replace them if you happen to damage them on the way out.
