General Body shop damaged car

I damaged the offside rear body panel and door of my Fiat 500e. It has been in the repair shop for the last ten days and today they called to tell me that they had burned the rear panel of the passenger seat. They said that they had tried to source a replacement seat but none are available and there is no indication when it may become available. As an alternative they have offered to replace all of the seats with the Fiat leather seats. This seems like a no brainer but I am wondering if I am overlooking any drawbacks?
