Not really sure if this is the correct thread for this but anywho.

I have one of those blitz buggy's. the engine is out of a 127 (i think, its air cooled and about 500cc.) but has problems with it.
Once running its not too bad. 1st gear is non existant but its that light with a good revving itll still pull of fairly quick, not sure if the engine is running right, but without an exhaust, flames are a common occurance, but doesnt seem to have much power.
Anyone here know what other engines and boxes would go into it or where i can get a cheap replacement engine and/or box.

I know other ones have mini and metro engines in, but not sure if the frames are a bit different. Would consider a bike engine if it would go in without too much hassle.

All help and comments welcome (y)

They are very cool, first saw them about 7-8 years ago based on a 126 kit, amazing looking things! I can't help you though :(

It needs a few bits doing to it.
Brakes are siezed on, but only drum (all round i think. but then again its that light 2 people can actually lift it into/out of a van fairly easily) so should be an easy fix.
Other than that just minor things really...oh and the engine/box
