the ship is down the road from me..but there is a restriction now and people are advised to stay away from it as there are oil spills. so as far as it goes..its guna be a wasted journey.
it all depends on how well the weather treats them..but it should still be there by the weekend..last i heard it could be stranded there for the next couple of months lol
Goto NorthWest Tonights website and look at the river dance pictures as they're the best views your gonna get now and there are some amazing pictures.
According to the ship being moved, well they are going to make one more attempt at refloating it after they've removed some cargo and all the fuel and fed sea water into the ballast tanks. If it fails, its gonna be 1 of 2 things, wait till the tides rise and try again which is doubtful as the ship is almost on its side but not ruled out, 2 they will start to dismantle the ship where it lays.
As mentioned the ship has a perimeter around it so you can't get close anymore, i was fortunate to get upclose on the shore when it happened but now your pushed far back. Shame really.
Its still worth a trip out to blackpool though even if you dont get to see much of the ship. Park up on the seafront at Rossall if you do come.
