The Blackpool Fiat/Kia Dealership has absolutely terrible customer service.
Going back 2 months to when my car was only 4 days old with 87 miles on it, i got the optional cat 1 alarm upgrade and got fiat to fit it, mistake number 1 it ended up costing me £163 to get it fitted, i went to pick the car up, paid for the alarm then gave me my keys, went out to my car it had oil marks all over the seats, the a pillars and the dashboard, so i stormed back inside asked them why it was such a mess and asked them do they not use protective seat covers and clean hands (bearing in mind mines got the ivory interior) and there response was, well were sorry they are meant to use those measures. so made them valet the car, which they tried to charge me for the valet.
2nd time - it went in about 3 weeks ago because its heater fans weren't working, before i left it, i said dont leave it like you left it last time, came back to it and had been looked after this time seat cover was still on and air freshner had been sprayed, and had a with compliments thing hanging from its mirror
3rd time - Software Recall regarding the airbags. i didnt bother telling them to make sure it looked after this time, because i figured from the last time they've learnt the error of their ways, how wrong was i, when they brought it back round the mechanic got out of the car with his overalls on and no seat protection, he had typical oily hands thats gone all round the edge of the steering wheel, and theres loads of oil marks on the airbag bit of the steering wheel, got it in smelt like a garage inside the car, no fancy with compliments or anything like that just theres your keys, thanks for bringing it in.
i will keep this thread updated as and when it needs to go back to fiat. but do yourselves a favour and dont buy from the blackpool fiat chorley group, buy a fiat by all means but not from them.
