best tyre size for 18's

i know theres another post for this, but whats the best tyre size for a 18 x 7.5" wheel, i want a 35 profile but dont know about the width and wat difference does the width make to performance and looks of the wheel??

the wider the tyre is the betta for grip. but it will make the steering heavyer.
and wont always give you betta performance.
