Personnally id buy another small amp to run your 6.5" Components.

The use 1000W Amp to run the Subs
and the Bridge the JBL to run the 6x9's

You'll also need a fused splitter and then a set of split phonos's

Run a Fused small gauge power cable to a small amplifier (300wish) to power your 6.5" Component Speakers.

The run another thicker gauge power cable down to the boot, The use a " Fused Splitter" to seperate the power into two amps, one for subs and one for 6x9's

You'll also need to run a set of RCA leads to the first amp ( under pass seat or somthing )

then another set to the Amps in the boot, which you can use phono splitters to run the channerls to both amps!

Personally I would ditch the 6x9s. They'll clash with the subs IMO, and amp the components,as already said

Yeah, Depend on how powerful the components are. If you got a **** hot set, ditch em, but if not get some rear end treble :)
