Would you be brave enough to take part in something like this? I sure as hell wouldn't.

The only time I've ever done karaoke was late on a Friday night after a wee bit too much alcohol and in a dodgy back-street pub very few customers. Neil Diamond has nothing to worry about and even now I cringe at the memory

Kudos to those who are able to sing in front of hundreds of people though

Don't think I could do that without an alcoholic beverage. It's not so much the getting up there, it's if you're dying on you're arse when you start singing that's the painful bit

I agree. nowadays I'd need the audience to be even more drunk than me to ever attempt it again. At least that way they'd hopefully be enthusiastic although unconscious would be preferable :D

If we can persuade Martyn to bring his karaoke stuff to the Xmas meet I reckon you should belt out a tune or 2 :)

Get a few pints in me then I'd probablly sing..

2 of us... i was well up for it too, but everyone was eager to move pub so never got the chance, plus Craig had just got everyone to donate for his Movember from the song

On the karaoke note...

If we want to look at hiring a hall in Glasgow I'll easily take a karaoke rig along with me. Could be something we do after the bowling/meal I guess?

Sounds like it could be a laugh.

Think there'd need to be a fair few of us there to make this anything other than an excruciatingly embarrassing experience. 2 brave nutters do not make a successful karoake event

give them a beer and they'll keep singing all night though :D

Everything's a feckin' competition with you ain't it

You're winning in the most likely to get lost stakes at the moment. 8 days to go and I'm still waiting for you to turn up
